Riccardo Santopietro brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a background spanning non‑sterile manufacturing, lyophilization, nuclear medicine, and medical devices.

Under his leadership, the Operations team supports compliant manufacturing and packaging activities, reliable equipment performance, and the introduction of new manufacturing technologies. His expertise includes validation, project engineering, maintenance management, and equipment design.

Riccardo holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Concordia University, is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a registered professional engineer in Quebec.
