Riccardo Santopietro, P. Eng.

Riccardo Santopietro brings more than 20 years of experience in regulated healthcare environments, with expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering, and operations leadership.

As Vice President of Operations, he leads multidisciplinary teams across Manufacturing, Packaging, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics. He is responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant operations while supporting business growth through continuous improvement, technology implementation, and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Groupe PARIMA’s executive team, Riccardo held progressive leadership and engineering roles within pharmaceutical and medical device organizations, leading capital projects, validation programs, equipment optimization, and product development efforts in highly regulated environments.

Riccardo holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University, is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Quebec.
